Prior to her current position, Director of Human Resources, Monica spent 3 years working with Marsh McLennan Agency as an HR Generalist.
A business leader focused on the growth and development of our most important resource, our colleagues, Monica uses her deep skills in problem solving, system improvements, and business partnership to help Marsh McLennan Agency achieve its goals. Monica leads a team of more than five HR-dedicated colleagues comprising benefits management, recruiting, and learning and development. Monica completed her undergrad at Indiana University of Pennsylvania studying Business Administration, Marketing, and French.
