Senior Team Leader

The primary purpose of the Sr. Team Leader – Advisory is to lead voluntary benefits business and product development, while acting as a subject matter expert and overseeing all aspects of the Agency Advisory Support program. This position a) leads presales support b) owns and maintains the practice’s marketing process and templates, c) acts as a subject matter expert on sales matters, d) maintains 2-3 large clients, e) drives new revenue by supporting agency producers and account teams with prospect and client meetings, and f) manages the advisory support program/team.

Employee Advocate

Helps respond to basic customer inquiries regarding the products and services the Company offers.

Answers, documents, and monitors call center calls, emails, and transactions.

Requests additional/missing information from the customer via letter or telephone call to answer customer inquiries.

Assists in tracking client and product order information and logging client data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring call center activity.

Senior Benefit Specialist

The Senior Benefit Specialist – Client Relations provides program support to Voluntary Benefits clients directly and by managing the day-to-day operations of the client account which is achieved by collaborating with the team on client deliverables and expectations, managing the profitability of the team’s block of business, looking for ways to cross sell within the account, providing strategy to increase participation and managing the client financials to ensure profitability.

Business Insurance Account Executive

As a Business Insurance (BI) Account Executive in our Middle Market Business Unit, you will establish a new middle market business unit for the MMA East Region. This energetic and detailed individual will be actively involved in client management, strategic planning and insurance marketing and insurance placement for our clients.

Strategic Account Executive

The Strategic Account Executive (SAE) is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic key accounts. The SAE is fully responsible for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.

ACA Analyst

The ACA Analyst serves as a process and procedure subject matter expert to all internal and external partners. They interact directly with both clients and internal team members. They are responsible for quality assurance tasks, data analysis, system configuration analysis, issue research and resolution along with the training of internal teams regarding client-specific deliverables relating to the client’s ongoing ACA administration.  This includes working with internal team members, Marsh & McLennan offices and various departments to execute on the analysis of system design specifications, system configuration, report generation, data review and data mapping. They will need to understand the basic tenants of the Affordable Care Act’s Employer Mandate.

Associate Benefit Analyst

The Associate Benefit Analyst, in conjunction with internal team members and other departments, is responsible for the daily support in maintaining employee eligibility, performing quality assurance tasks, supporting the resolution of escalated client-specific issues related to clients’ benefit plan implementations, annual renewals, and ongoing administration as well as engaging in special projects.

Client Service Manager

As a member of the Admin Solutions team, the Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the successful management of our clients’ project plans relating to the implementations, annual renewals, ongoing administration and special projects. This involves developing client plans to properly outline tasks, resources and timelines, coordinating team resources to meet project deadlines, and reporting project statuses and milestones to the Admin Solutions Team Manager. This position requires strong demonstrated project management experience in benefits administration (preferably Health & Welfare) and/or handling complex technical projects.

Senior Benefit Consultant – Voluntary Benefits

As a member of the Voluntary Benefits team, the Senior Benefit Consultant (SBC) is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction while supporting the overall operational and technical solutions of the practice. The SBC will manage the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing Voluntary Benefit clients, which includes developing and managing project plans, creating client communications, and coordinating resources including carrier integration. The SBC will also support new and existing client sales, collaborate on the RFP process, review client profitability and develop strategies to improve plan participation.
