A Business Development Executive’s main responsibility is to find, engage, and develop contacts with new clients for The Graham Company.

A Business Development Executive’s main responsibility is to find, engage, and develop contacts with new clients for The Graham Company.

Production Assistant

The primary responsibility of the Production Assistant is to work collaboratively with and support the Pennsylvania Sales Team throughout the new business process.

Employee Benefits Client Executive

The Employee Benefits Client Executive’s main responsibility is to develop relationships and secure employee benefits consulting/brokerage clients for the Graham Company, a division of Marsh McLennan Agency.  In addition, the Producer will work closely with Account Managers and service team members on the renewal of existing accounts.

Client Advisor

The Client Advisor is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, managing sold accounts, cultivating centers of influence and participating in Sales & Marketing events to grow Marsh McLennan Agency’s market share in the under 100 employee lives segment. This Client Advisor will play a critical role in collaborating with the Enterprise Sales and Account Management team on the overall new business development and client retention strategies. The Producer will report to the Enterprise Sales Manager and must meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals. The sales territory includes Southeastern, Northeastern, and Central Pennsylvania, as well as New Jersey, Delaware, and Northern Maryland.

Investment Manager

The Investment Manager will provide services across investment analysis, portfolio management, securities trading, and oversight of financial technology tools.  The role will include the delivery of personal and institutional client investment services and work closely with Practice Leader and associated Asset Management division team members.  They will provide investment management services concerning client portfolios and prospective opportunities.

Stop Loss Consultant

The Stop Consultant role is tasked with supporting and helping to grow the Center of Excellence for Stop Loss.  The primary role of is to work with the Account and Underwriting Teams, exercising discretion and independent judgment, providing financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

Senior Benefit Consultant

The Senior Benefit Consultant, Voluntary Benefits – Implementation will play a critical supportive role in driving new voluntary benefits business through strategic wholesale opportunities. This position will support the Senior Leader of Business Development in fostering strong partnerships with Mercer, inter-agency collaborations, and internal Marsh McLennan Agency teams. The consultant will leverage their expertise to deliver innovative benefit solutions, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Sales Executive

The Sales Executive’s primary responsibility is to find, engage and develop contacts with new clients and retain quality customers for the Graham division of Marsh McLennan Agency. In addition, Sales Executives work closely with Account Managers and Consultants on the renewal of existing accounts.

Financial Well-being Coach

The Financial Well-Being Coach utilizes your analytical talents to provide investment advice to participants from our current group retirement plan clients and will help individuals reach their retirement goals.

Account Analyst

The Account Analyst works within a team structure and reports to the Account Manager. The Account Analyst’s primary responsibility is to handle the annual account renewal process and deliver value-added service to our clients.

Account Executive

The Account Manager is responsible for handling all aspect of account strategy and renewal.

National Accounts Sales Executive

The National Accounts Sales Executive’s role is to find, engage and develop contacts with new clients and retain quality customers for the Graham Division of Marsh & McLennan Agency. In addition, Producers work closely with Account Managers, Claims Consultants and Surety on the renewal of their existing accounts.

Associate Claims Consultant

The Associate Claims Consultant’s main responsibility is to ensure our clients receive a superior level of technical and professional claims services which achieve the greatest impact on insurance costs.

Client Executive

The Client Executive’s primary responsibility is to find, engage and develop contacts with new Middle Market Business Insurance clients. The Client Executive will actively seek out cross selling opportunities with existing Employee Health & Benefits clients and cultivate relationships with the Graham Division Production Team to uncover referral opportunities that fit the Middle Market profile.  In addition, the Client Executive will work closely with the Account Executive and Client Service Representative on account strategy and renewals.

Account Manager – Large Market

The Account Manager (AM) is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic key accounts. The AM is fully responsible for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.
