TPIT Program:

Our Marsh McLennan Agency Producer-in-Training (TPIT) program is an intensive six month in-classroom training program designed to fully prepare new candidates for the rigor of insurance sales including all necessary courses to earn licenses, insurance coverage training, value added service training, sales training and professional development. Each of our TPIT colleagues will be paired with a mentor to maximize the learning process. The majority of our trainings are conducted by MMA Marsh McLennan Agency employees or broker and carrier partners. We believe in the platform’s ability to create the future generation of successful insurance sales producers that will allow us to meet and exceed our current and future goals.

A: Applicants may have multiple active applications at a time. The candidate is expected to communicate their candidacy for multiple positions to the Recruiter. Many operating companies operate independently; therefore, the Recruiter may not always be aware if a candidate is in consideration for additional opportunities with other businesses within MMC.

A: Our recruiters work closely with the hiring manager to understand the requirements of the role. If your application is determined to be a match for the position you applied to, then you are likely to hear from a recruiter to schedule an initial interview – either over the phone with a recruiter, or via video, at a time that fits your schedule.   From there, you may be invited to participate in onsite interviews. Our interview process is structured to provide you ample opportunity to learn about the role, share more about your background and experiences with the hiring team.   Some interview processes may require a presentation; others may require you to complete an online assessment. It’s also worth noting that offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.  The recruiter will be able to provide you with a specific overview of the interview process for the position.

Process Analysis Manager:

The Process Analysis Manager oversees, develops and analyzes policies, procedures, and related workflows.  This position develops, analyzes and oversees project quality assurance, applications and resource allocation. Enhances program and project management capabilities and operational oversight. Develops, edits and executes project plans to manage the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects. Defines, develops and deploys standardized processes and workflows across the organization.

Specialty Practice Leader:

Working within Marsh McLennan Agency’s east region employee health and benefits consulting division; the Specialty Practice Leader (SPL) provides thought leadership and expertise within the health and welfare spectrum across a broad range of specialty practices.  Supported by the specialty account teams responsible for day to day management of the specialty solutions and accounts, the SPL provides practice oversite.  The Director will lead a cross functional team of Benefit Subject Matter Experts and Practices Leaders across the stop loss, pharmacy, and communications space.  Expertise and experience needed general employee benefits with a specific focus in prescription drug, stop loss, captive, and communications. Role has overall responsibility for the growth, retention, and development of a 20M+ block of business, the development and nurturing of key relationships and the delivery of a high quality health and welfare solutions.  Role will also support new sales, product development and vendor relationships. This job is available for remote work except in Colorado.

Sales Coach:

The Sales Coach is a qualified Sales and Employee Health & Benefits subject matter expert with a deep understanding of sales processes and techniques, matched with experience managing all lines of group health & welfare benefits. The Coach has a genuine passion for people and their career development. They must have the ambition to excel and possess creativity to take our Enterprise Producer in Training (EPIT) program to become the best in the employee benefits brokerage and consulting training in the industry.

Client Service Manager, Spending Accounts:

As a member of the Spending Accounts team, the Client Service Representative is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction and retention within their respective books of business.  The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate our clients’ consumer driven health plans to offer solutions in the design, implementation and continuing service phases of those plans.  The consumer driven health plans include, but are not limited to the following: flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement accounts, health savings accounts (healthcare and/or dependent care), and commuter programs.

Accounts Receivable Specialist:

The primary role of the Accounts Receivable Specialist is maintain the day to day activities of the accounts receivable function and support the Finance Manager in the daily process of receipts, recording, and reconciling carrier and client payments.


The primary role of the Underwriter is to work with the Account Teams on assigned cases, providing financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

Market Insights and Analytics Sales Consultant:

The Market Insights and Analytics Sales Consultant is responsible for helping Producers with discovery, analysis and positioning of MMA capabilities and differentiators with prospect opportunities. This will include collaboration with Producers, Practices, RFP Team and Sales Leadership to determine the best way to highlight the specific needs of each prospect and alignment with MMA’s value proposition to meet those needs. This individual will work closely with the Client Informatics and Actuarial Services Unit, subject matter experts, and the Producer to review prospect information to complete an independent review and overall opportunity analysis to highlight both quantitative savings and qualitative best practice recommendations. This individual may help deliver this analysis as well as demonstrate the capabilities of several proprietary models to highlight MMA’s unique value proposition.
