Our Marsh McLennan Agency Enterprise Producer-in-Training (EPIT) program is an intensive 20 week in-classroom training program designed to fully prepare new candidates for the rigor of insurance sales including all necessary courses to earn licenses, insurance coverage training, value added service training, sales training and professional development. Each of our EPIT colleagues will be paired with a mentor to maximize the learning process. The majority of our trainings are conducted by MMA employees or broker and carrier partners. We believe in the platform’s ability to create the future generation of successful insurance sales producers that will allow us to meet and exceed our current and future goals.

Q: HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK AFTER MY APPLICATION?
A: We do our best to provide responses to candidate applications as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of applications, we may not always be able to provide an immediate response. Most applications will receive a response or an update within 30 days.
Q: CAN I APPLY FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS AT A TIME?

Q. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS INVOLVE AT MMA?
A: Our recruiters work closely with the hiring manager to understand the requirements of the role. If your application is determined to be a match for the position you applied to, then you are likely to hear from a recruiter to schedule an initial interview – either over the phone with a recruiter, or via video, at a time that fits your schedule. From there, you may be invited to participate in onsite interviews. Our interview process is structured to provide you ample opportunity to learn about the role, share more about your background and experiences with the hiring team. Some interview processes may require a presentation; others may require you to complete an online assessment. It’s also worth noting that offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check. The recruiter will be able to provide you with a specific overview of the interview process for the position.

The primary role of the Underwriter is to work with the Account Teams on assigned cases, providing financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.
The primary role of the Payroll Specialist is to administer payroll and employee benefit related activities. The positions requires collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, preparing and processing employee payroll and maintaining accurate payroll records.
The Account Liaison is responsible for supporting the Call Center leadership team and Benefits Administration operations team with client implementations and open enrollment strategies and executions. This includes working collaboratively between both operations to ensure that all implementations and open enrollments are completed on time and meet the expectations of each individual client.
The Associate Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with the New Business Development team on the overall sales strategy while also supporting the Account Managers’ client relationships by identifying service expansion and retention efforts. The Producer must ensure a consistent flow of new revenues to the company as stated in the annual individual sales goals.
Manages the scope, quality, timeliness and budget of multiple client deliverables and lead teams in researching, analyzing, and evaluating medical / pharmacy, dental, vision, and life and disability benefits plans and programs.
The administrative manager will hire, onboard/train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the MMA East offices operates smoothly and efficiently. The Administrative manager is a perceptive, creative administrative manager who will oversee office operations and administrative staff member.
The Senior Benefit Leader is responsible for oversight of a team of Benefit Specialists/Consultants, while managing their own book of business. This includes the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing Voluntary Benefit clients; developing and managing project plans, creating client communications, and coordinating resources including carrier integration. The Senior Benefit Leader will also support new and existing client sales, collaborate on the RFP process, review client profitability and develop strategies to improve plan participation.
The primary role of the Client Service Representative is to evaluate client health and welfare benefit plans and design changes, develop and implement solutions to client issues, support the delivery of contracted client service, and participate in a cross functional team to support Producers, Account Managers, and Underwriters in servicing clients.
The primary role of the Long Term Care & Permanent Life Director is to manage the enrollment center, track and monitor long-term care trends and drive internal cross selling opportunities, while supporting Producers, Client Teams, and Clients by providing subject matter expertise to support overall business objectives.
The Communications Specialist will work closely with Client Service Representatives and Managers to create and update materials for clients’ annual Open Enrollment campaigns. There will also be opportunities for the Communications Specialist to participate in custom communications projects.
As a member of the Spending Accounts team, the Client Service Representative is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction and retention within their respective books of business. The primary responsibility of this role is to evaluate our clients’ consumer driven health plans to offer solutions in the design, implementation and continuing service phases of those plans.
The Account Manager (AM) is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic key accounts. The AM is fully responsible for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.
This unique role within MMA will primarily support the Health and Benefit programs of our private equity clients with a focus on evaluating potential acquisitions for these firms. The function will look to understand the quantitative or financial impact of M&A as well as the qualitative considerations; such as compliance concerns and overall risk assessments to support buying decisions and overall integration efforts. The function will be responsible for performing and presenting results of the Due Diligence evaluations to both internal and external teams.
