Our Enterprise Program
Our Marsh McLennan Agency Enterprise Producer-in-Training program is an intensive 20 week in-classroom training program designed to fully prepare new candidates for the rigor of insurance sales including all necessary courses to earn licenses, insurance coverage training, value added service training, sales training, and professional development. Each of our Enterprise colleagues will be paired with a mentor to maximize the learning process. The majority of our trainings are conducted by MMA employees or broker and carrier partners. We believe in the platform’s ability to create the future generation of successful insurance sales producers that will allow us to meet and exceed our current and future goals.
