TPIT Program:

Our Marsh McLennan Agency Producer-in-Training (TPIT) program is an intensive six month in-classroom training program designed to fully prepare new candidates for the rigor of insurance sales including all necessary courses to earn licenses, insurance coverage training, value added service training, sales training and professional development. Each of our TPIT colleagues will be paired with a mentor to maximize the learning process. The majority of our trainings are conducted by MMA Marsh McLennan Agency employees or broker and carrier partners. We believe in the platform’s ability to create the future generation of successful insurance sales producers that will allow us to meet and exceed our current and future goals.

Q: HOW DO I FIND TRION CAREER OPPORTUNITIES?

Q: HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION?
A: You can view the status of your application by logging into your MMC Workday account profile page under “My Applications” via https://mmc.wd1.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/MMC/login.

Q: HOW QUICKLY CAN I EXPECT TO HEAR BACK AFTER MY APPLICATION?
A: We do our best to provide responses to candidate applications as soon as possible. However, due to the volume of applications, we may not always be able to provide an immediate response. Most applications will receive a response or an update within 30 days.

Q: CAN I APPLY FOR MULTIPLE POSITIONS AT A TIME?
A: Applicants may have multiple active applications at a time. The candidate is expected to communicate their candidacy for multiple positions to the Recruiter. Many operating companies operate independently; therefore, the Recruiter may not always be aware if a candidate is in consideration for additional opportunities with other businesses within MMC.

Q. WHAT DOES A TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS INVOLVE AT TRION?
A: Our recruiters work closely with the hiring manager to understand the requirements of the role. If your application is determined to be a match for the position you applied to, then you are likely to hear from a recruiter to schedule an initial interview – either over the phone with a recruiter, or via video, at a time that fits your schedule.   From there, you may be invited to participate in onsite interviews. Our interview process is structured to provide you ample opportunity to learn about the role, share more about your background and experiences with the hiring team.   Some interview processes may require a presentation; others may require you to complete an online assessment. It’s also worth noting that offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.  The recruiter will be able to provide you with a specific overview of the interview process for the position.

Q: HOW DOES TRION FIT INTO THE MMC CORPORATE STRUCTURE?

Client Informatics Director:

The Client Informatics Director is responsible for the development and ongoing management of the resources and deliverables within the Client Informatics Unit.  This includes, but is not limited to creating tools, models, analysis/reporting and presentations for internal and external clients that easily demonstrates the key performance indicators of their overall employee benefits spend including financial costs and overall claims/clinical utilization trends and patterns.  This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with many teams including our Strategic Initiatives Division, Account Managers, Underwriters, Actuaries and Clinical and Health Management Consultants to provide value-add tools on a scalable and repeatable process to existing and prospective clients.

Retirement Plan Consultant Producer:

This is the Relationship Manager who will provide high-level service to new and existing institutional investors and clients. This important client-facing role delivers plan reviews and other presentations in-person in partnership with the Senior Financial Consultant.

Underwriter:

The primary role of the Underwriter is to work with the Account Teams on assigned cases, providing financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

Digital Marketing Specialist:

This position implements and executes the web, social media, video, and general digital media strategy. Responsibilities include leveraging online platforms to support brand building, lead generation, and client retention.

Technical Analyst:

The Technical Analyst is responsible for the technical tasks and deliverables in regards to clients’ benefit plan implementations, open enrollments, ongoing administration, and special projects.  This includes working collaboratively with clients, carriers, and internal departments to develop technical and functional specifications, create and execute comprehensive test plans, and consult on system design, implementations, and business process flows.

Client Informatics Specialist:

As a member of our Client Informatics team, the Client Informatics Specialist is responsible for collecting, organizing, summarizing, analyzing and reporting on data from carriers and vendors in an accurate and timely manner. This role supports the Underwriting practice by providing quantitative reports and communicating the results from their findings.

Specialty Practice Leader:

Working within Marsh McLennan Agency’s east region employee health and benefits consulting division; the Specialty Practice Leader (SPL) provides thought leadership and expertise within the health and welfare spectrum across a broad range of specialty practices.  Supported by the specialty account teams responsible for day to day management of the specialty solutions and accounts, the SPL provides practice oversite.  The Director will lead a cross functional team of Benefit Subject Matter Experts and Practices Leaders across the stop loss, pharmacy, and communications space.  Expertise and experience needed general employee benefits with a specific focus in prescription drug, stop loss, captive, and communications. Role has overall responsibility for the growth, retention, and development of a 20M+ block of business, the development and nurturing of key relationships and the delivery of a high quality health and welfare solutions.  Role will also support new sales, product development and vendor relationships. This job is available for remote work except in Colorado.

Associate Benefit Analyst:

The Associate Benefit Analyst, in conjunction with internal team members and other departments, is responsible for the daily support in maintaining employee eligibility, performing quality assurance tasks, supporting the resolution of escalated client-specific issues related to clients’ benefit plan implementations, annual renewals, and ongoing administration as well as engaging in special projects.
