Jim came to Marsh McLennan Agency as part of the 2019 Centurion Group LLC acquisition where he spent 15 years providing asset management and financial planning services to individual and institutional clients. Jim is passionate about continuing his retirement services with Marsh McLennan Agency, saying, “We have the ability to be successful and fulfill a social purpose. Throughout his professional experience, Jim has received many awards including, 401 Top Retirement Advisors, 2017 DC Industry Leaders, 2017 Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers, 2017 Top Defined Contributors (DC) Advisor Teams, and Spark Advisor Award in Plan Design and Administration Innovation.
Rob brings his more than 25 years of experience in development and deployment of high-volume state-of-the-art applications to Marsh McLennan Agency clients as the Practice Leader for our Technology Consulting & Administration Practice (TCAS). In this role, he oversees all facets of the division’s operations, management, and services from technology consulting, to outsourced benefits administration solutions, to COBRA, ACA, and Spending Account solutions for clients of all sizes.
Rob is focused on helping clients to assess their technology needs and develop strategies to implement the solutions that are the right fit for their culture, budget, and business objectives.
As the Practice Leader of Voluntary Benefits for Marsh McLennan Agency, Krystie is responsible for overall strategic planning, regional and national carrier partnerships, resource development, and product initiatives. She serves as the lead subject matter expert for Marsh McLennan Agency, advising clients and colleagues voluntary benefits products, marketplace trends, and emerging technologies.
Krystie joined Marsh McLennan Agency in 2021, focused on developing new voluntary benefits strategies and bringing new products to employers to help them enhance the value of their benefits programs. Krystie is a member of the Advisory Board for the Voluntary Benefits Association.
As the National Sales Leader, Pat develops new services and products to address emerging marketplace and client needs, while recruiting and coaching high performance producers and support talent to expand technical expertise and reach new sources of direct and cross sale revenue.
Pat has a wealth of experience in developing new markets and a commitment to growing and empowering employees and promoting diversity through mentorship, training, and active initiatives. In his role, Pat leads the sales and marketing organizations to develop and execute a growth strategy through new and existing segments and distribution channels.
Monica is a dynamic human resources (HR) professional, sharing her more than 15 years of strategic and tactical experience in benefits, recruitment, and HR management with Marsh McLennan Agency. Prior to her current position, Director of Human Resources, Monica spent 3 years working with Marsh McLennan Agency as an HR Generalist.
A business leader focused on the growth and development of our most important resource, our colleagues, Monica uses her deep skills in problem solving, system improvements, and business partnership to help Marsh McLennan Agency achieve its goals. Monica leads a team of more than five HR-dedicated colleagues comprising benefits management, recruiting, and learning and development. Monica completed her undergrad at Indiana University of Pennsylvania studying Business Administration, Marketing, and French.
John P. Whitehead joined Marsh McLennan Agency Group in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer charged with supporting the growth, profitability, and infrastructure of Marsh McLennan Agency. As a business partner to the Marsh McLennan Agency leadership team, John helps develop and execute the long-term strategy of organic growth, coupled with strategic acquisitions and operational initiatives to build upon the foundation of the organization.
John uses his more than 20 years of executive leadership experience to oversee the finance, contract, infrastructure, and operations teams. As a key member of the executive team, John oversees financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, metrics, forecasting, and internal controls.

Gene has been with MMA Centurion since its founding in 2006. He began working in the financial services industry in 2000.
Gene has built and maintained strong partnerships with plan sponsor clients to assure the proper retirement plan solutions are in place. Services provided include plan vendor consulting, expense analysis, investment due diligence, fiduciary governance, developing prudent practices, and employee communication & education. Gene works diligently to assure his clients have the most competitive retirement package that stays up-to-date with best practices and changes in legislation.
Gene is a graduate of Villanova University. He is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and is insurance licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jay joined MMA Centurion in 2017 as a Client Services Associate and works directly with clients to assist with Investment Committee meetings, plan benchmarking and analysis, employee communication and education programs and quarterly investment reviews.
Jay received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Supply Chain Management from Bloomsburg University.
Kim is a Specialist for MMA Centurion Benefits and has been in the Employee Benefits field since 1996. She handles account management for clients ranging in size from 50 to 250 employees. She serves as the primary client contact for marketing, benefit administration, service and open enrollment. Kim handles lines of coverage including medical, dental, Life/AD&D, Disability and Voluntary/Worksite products. She is also responsible for client education regarding COBRA, FSA/HRA/HSA and Healthcare Reform. Prior to coming to MMA Centurion in 2014, Kim was an Account Manager for a regional brokerage firm.
Kim strives to provide excellent service to her clients and assist in the ongoing education that is required by the constantly changing insurance industry.
Brad joined MMA Centurion in 2016. His financial services career began in 1998.
Brad is the Director of Investments at MMA Centurion and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst ® designation. His primary responsibility is investment oversight. This includes in-depth market research, portfolio development, research and ongoing due diligence of mutual funds and other retirement investment vehicles. He has over 17 years of experience in investment strategy, research and portfolio management.
Brad received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in finance from the University of Delaware. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
Travis joined MMA Centurion in 2014. He has been working with retirement plan sponsors and participants since 2001.
He is responsible for partnering with clients to provide vendor consulting and management, retirement fee and benchmarking analysis, as well as developing and executing employee communication and education strategies. With a strong recordkeeping background, Travis looks to minimize risk for MMA Centurion clients and increase employee participation and satisfaction.
Travis graduated from The Pennsylvania State University Worthington Scranton campus with a B.S. in Business, Financial Services Option in 2005. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses and is licensed with Pennsylvania’s insurance department.
Dana joined MMA Centurion in 2014 and has been in the retirement plan industry since 2005. She is responsible for coordination of Centurion services, as well as supporting client acquisition and retention efforts for corporate, governmental and non-profit clients. In addition, she provides participant services including employee education, one-on-one meetings and attends benefit fairs.
Prior to joining MMA Centurion, Dana worked at a nationally recognized retirement plan consulting firm where she was responsible for consulting on plan design and DOL regulatory issues, employee education and plan fee benchmark studies for the firm’s largest clients. She also served as the point person for financial education and organized educational events for plan participants, investment committee members, and plan fiduciaries.
Dana received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses.
Jennifer joined MMA Centurion in 2012 and has been in the financial services industry since 2002.
Jennifer brings accounting/reporting experience to MMA Centurion along with insurance expertise. As a client service associate, Jennifer assists with maintenance of MMA Centurion’s Fiduciary Vault, RIA client special projects, IT services, marketing, and RIA compliance. Jennifer also coordinates servicing of executive disability insurance benefit packages held by MMA Centurion’s clients.
Ms. Conklyn received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bucknell University in 1988, holds her PA Life & Health insurance licenses and serves as MMA Centurion’s Pennsylvania-licensed notary public.
Bob has been with MMA Centurion since 2012 and began working with retirement plans in 2001.
Bob’s primary responsibilities include marketing MMA Centurion’s retirement plan services to corporate retirement plan sponsors, advising clients and prospective clients on retirement plan compliance, fees, governance procedures and investments, and managing key client relationships.
Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. Joseph’s University in 1988. He holds FINRA Series 6 and 65 licenses.
Marc joined MMA Centurion in 2014 and has been in the retirement plan industry since 1995. He is responsible for providing retirement plan investment advisory and consulting services for corporate fiduciaries. With the use of proprietary analytical tools, he is able to advise clients on plan design, compliance, and in-depth investment monitoring.
Marc is a Graduate of the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida. His professional designations include Certified 401(k) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF). He holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Marc is located in the Fort Lauderdale Florida area.
Peter joined MMA Centurion in 2008 and has 30 years of experience working with our nation’s retirement laws.
In his career he has served as in-house ERISA counsel to financial services companies, provided expertise on stable value products, worked directly with federal tax, labor and securities regulators, and helped companies design, administer and fund deferred compensation programs for top executives. His focus at MMA Centurion is to deliver technical expertise and sound advice to MMA Centurion’s prominent clients.
Peter received his BA from Lehigh University and his JD from the George Washington University National Law Center. He holds life and health insurance licenses in several states and FINRA Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses.
Barbara joined MMA Centurion in 2008, and has been working with retirement plans since 1990.
Barbara leads MMA Centurion’s client service efforts, focusing on client satisfaction and retention through enhanced communication and superior services. Barbara brings a full range of retirement plan consulting experience to MMA Centurion. Prior to joining MMA Centurion, Barbara managed a client plan conversion team, provided fiduciary training to clients, conducted investment reviews, developed participant education campaigns and managed client relationships.
Barbara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Glassboro State College. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Michael joined MMA Centurion in 2008. His financial services career began in 1987 and his retirement plan experience dates to 1998.
Michael brings fiduciary best practices to clients as well as investment advisory, fee benchmarking and plan design services. The clients he advises include nationally recognized publicly traded companies.
Michael earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gettysburg College and is a graduate of the Stonier School of Banking and the Cannon Financial Institute Retirement Plan Services Graduate School. He is Treasurer of the Garden State Council SHRM, and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA).
Patrick joined MMA Centurion in 2007 and has worked with retirement plans since 1994.
He concentrates on the sale and delivery of consulting and advisory services to prospective clients, including retirement plan analysis, investment monitoring pertinent to retirement plan investments and the development of participant communication and education programs.
Patrick earned his B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh and a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business. Patrick has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation. He holds FINRA Series 6, 26, 63 and 65 licenses, and is licensed with multiple states’ insurance departments.
Patrick is located in MMA Centurion’s Pittsburgh office.
Joe joined MMA Centurion as a Partner in 2008. He has been in the retirement plan industry since 1994. Joe’s focus is on developing and retaining retirement plan client relationships and leads MMA Centurion’s Non-Profit practice, where he works closely with retirement plans of health care organizations and governmental bodies.
Joe received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Wilkes University. His professional designations include PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP) and Certified behavioral Finance Analyst (CBFA). He holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses. He also holds life and health licenses in several states.
Sam has been working with retirement plan sponsors and participants since 1999 and joined MMA Centurion in 2010.
In addition to investment advisory services, Sam assists corporate 401(k) sponsors in managing complex merger and acquisition transactions, provides compliance and remediation assistance to qualified plans and supports his clients in IRS and DOL plan audits. Sam is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and was presented with an Achievement Award for his contributions to the retirement plan industry.
Sam received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Rutgers University. Sam is designated as an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) and is licensed for Life and Health insurance. In addition to professional designations, Sam is an Adjunct Professor of The Retirement University at the UCLA Anderson School of Management Executive Education Program. Sam is a frequent lecturer for The Plan Sponsor University. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
As CEO of Marsh McLennan Agency’s East Region, Andrew is responsible for the strategic vision of the organization and its growth and acquisition strategy. Neary took the reins as company founders stepped down at the end of 2020, and in early 2021, Andrew solidified his expansion of the senior leadership team with new roles for current executives, and adding experienced individuals Pat McGinn and Krystie Dascoli to the team. Andrew’s vision is to build on the core values behind Marsh McLennan Agency’s current success while evolving its business and growing and developing its colleagues.

Greg serves as national leader for Marsh McLennan Agency’s Absence, Disability & Life (ADL) practice. Greg works closely with the local Marsh McLennan Agency consulting teams in Pennsylvania, New York, San Francisco, Charlotte, Chicago, and with account colleagues across the national on Marsh McLennan Agency’s largest accounts.
When not advising clients, Greg uses his 30+ years’ experience in the group insurance industry to direct Marsh McLennan Agency’s large employer consulting strategy, leading a team of 40+ specialty practitioners. Greg and his senior leaders ensure focus on helping clients manage the complexity of their time away from work programs.
Theresa has worked in the employee benefits field for more than 17 years, now serving as Practice Leader for Employee Health & Benefits (EH&B). Prior to overseeing the practice and its strategic account teams consulting clients on their benefits strategies, Theresa led the cross-discipline Strategic Initiatives Division focused on managing and deploying experts in data analytics, compliance, well-being, prescription drug, and stop loss, including the MMA Stop Loss Center of Excellence.
In her newest role as Practice Leader, Theresa collaborates with thought leaders across the organization to develop new strategies to help employers minimize their risk and maximize their investment in their employee benefits programs.
