May 9 @ 1:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Did you know over 75 million women make up today’s workforce?1 Among them, 20% are between the ages of 45 and 54 – likely to experience or are currently experiencing menopause.2

Further exploring this issue, this upcoming webinar is centered on perimenopause and menopause to shed light on this important topic and remove the stigma surrounding it. Our consultants from the Absence, Disability, & Life, Health & Welfare, and Pharmacy teams will join to discuss the impact of menopause on women’s health, health care expenses, medication options, and the relationship between this period of change and the workplace.

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize what women in perimenopause and menopause may be experiencing in the workplace
  • Identify areas within your leave and accommodation strategy that can support women in menopause
  • Address impact of menopause on employee well-being and performance

Speakers:

  • Gina Gabriele | Absence, Disability, & Life
  • Marybeth Gray | Employee Health & Benefits
  • Michelle Cortazzo | Pharmacy
