Business Development Associate  

The Business Development Associate is responsible for qualifying and developing new business leads to identify new sales opportunities. The primary responsibilities are to lead sales generation activities and manage their daily strategy for establishing new business. The Business Development Associate will also perform market research and analysis that can be utilized for adjusting effective strategies.

Account Manager – Core Markets

The Account Manager (AM) is the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products, services and solutions to strategic key accounts. The AM is fully responsible for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts.

Enterprise Client Service Rep

The Enterprise Client Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for the tangible day-to-day client support for all services and products delivered to clients in order to align with the strategic vision of our partnership. The CSR’s primary responsibilities are to evaluate client benefit plans and design changes, develop and implement solutions to client issues, and participate in a cross functional team to support Producers and Account Managers participating in the service delivery within a book of business. This role is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Quality Analyst

As a member of the Call Center team, the Analyst, Quality Control is responsible for monitoring, scoring and reporting on various departmental processes and productivity of the Call Center team members by utilizing quality control recording software. The primary focus of this role is to ensure accuracy of the information provided to the end-customer as well as overall customer satisfaction. This individual will ensure that the Call Center is meeting auditing guidelines and adhering to PHI and HIPAA. Additionally, this role will work closely with the Call Center management and training team to ensure consistency across all Call Center processes.

Consultant/Account Executive       

As a member of the Absence, Disability, & Life Practice, the Account Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day support and consulting services to clients. As the Account Executive, they will serve as the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products and services. This entails supporting the overall Absence, Disability & Life consulting practice relative to revenue growth and service needs as well as being accountable for the retention, development, servicing and expansion of their assigned accounts. The incumbent individual will lead and collaborate with the dedicated Client Services Team to their key accounts.

This is a highly collaborative position, in which the work is varied and involves a high degree of complexity. Frequent contacts with clients, vendors, carriers and internal departments including sales, marketing, HR, Finance, IT and other functional areas both within MMA East and designated key accounts will occur. This position is expected to operate independently and provide appropriate information and direction to other individuals. Contacts will include sensitive and confidential information

Technical Analyst

The Technical Analyst is responsible for providing strategic solutions related to the technical tasks and deliverables for client implementations, open enrollments, ongoing administration, and special projects.

Client Service Manager

As a member of the Admin Solutions team, the Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for the successful management of our clients’ project plans relating to the implementations, annual renewals, ongoing administration and special projects. This involves developing client plans to properly outline tasks, resources and timelines, coordinating team resources to meet project deadlines, and reporting project statuses and milestones to the Admin Solutions Team Manager. This position requires strong demonstrated project management experience in benefits administration (preferably Health & Welfare) and/or handling complex technical projects.
