Producer:

The Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with the New Business Development team on the overall sales strategy while also supporting the Account Managers’ client relationships by identifying service expansion and retention efforts. The Producer must ensure a consistent flow of new revenues to the company as stated in the annual individual sales goals.

Benefit Analyst:

The Benefit Analyst is responsible for serving as the day-to-day liaison for our client contacts and their respective healthcare providers and carriers during implementations, open enrollments, and ongoing benefits administration. Responsibilities include maintaining employee eligibility, performing quality assurance tasks, resolving escalated client-specific issues, and collaborating with internal team members and other departments for client deliverables and special projects.

Senior Benefit Leader – Member Relations: 

To lead the overall operation of the member call center, the long-term care division, and establish operational protocols for enroller training, onboarding, and evaluation. This position sets expectations for the operation of the call center including reporting, services, quality control, process and staffing and manages the overall case level profitability.

Senior Benefit Specialist

The Senior Benefit Specialist will be in the Client Relations department. Client Relations provides program support to VB clients directly and by managing the day-to-day operations of the client account, which is achieved by collaborating with the team on client deliverables and expectations, managing the profitability of the team’s block of business, looking for ways to cross sell within the account, providing strategy to increase participation and managing the client financials to ensure profitability.

Clinical Consultant:

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking an experienced nurse Clinical Consultant to join our Planning & Analytics for Total Health (PATH) team! This individual will be responsible for consulting with self-funded employers, as well as supporting the development and growth of our clinical consulting capabilities. The Clinical Consultant is expected to work independently, support client engagements from a clinical and population health perspective and participate in initiatives related to our PATH team.

Senior Consultant

As a member of the Absence, Disability & Life group, the Senior Consultant is responsible for providing day-to-day support and consulting services to clients. As the Senior Consultant, they will serve as the guardian of the strategic customer relationship and orchestrates the deployment of corporate-wide resources to provide comprehensive products and services.
