Senior Benefit Consultant:

As a member of the Voluntary Benefits team, the Senior Benefit Consultant (SBC) is a critical contributor to achieving a high level of client satisfaction while supporting the overall operational and technical solutions of the practice. The SBC will manage the implementation and ongoing management of new and existing Voluntary Benefit clients, which includes developing and managing project plans, creating client communications, and coordinating resources including carrier integration. The SBC will also support new and existing client sales, collaborate on the RFP process, review client profitability and develop strategies to improve plan participation.

Producer:

The Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with the New Business Development team on the overall sales strategy while also supporting the Account Managers’ client relationships by identifying service expansion and retention efforts. The Producer must ensure a consistent flow of new revenues to the company as stated in the annual individual sales goals.

Associate Financial Analyst:

The primary role of the Associate Financial Analyst  is to support the underwriting and client account teams with the tactical deliverables of the underwriting and analysis process.  This position will assist in providing financial analysis and modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and its impact on strategic business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

Mid-Market Account Manager:

This role will sit within MMA East’s Consulting Practice and Absence, Disability & Life (ADL) Practice to support the unique absence and disability management needs of middle market employers. The primary role of the Mid-Market Absence Consultant is to support the MMA account teams and their small to mid-market clients by providing subject matter expertise relating to their overall absence management strategies.

Data Analyst:

As our Data Analyst on the IT team, you’ll be responsible for collecting and analyzing data across all departments including Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Consulting and Operations.

Associate Producer: 

The Associate Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services.

Marketing Automation Specialist: 

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and fully leveraging its capabilities.  Working closely with members of the marketing, operations, and sales operations team, you will implement all programmatic and operational initiatives through the marketing automation platform.

Claims Consultant:

As a member of the Life & Disability group, the Claim Consultant is responsible for assisting with the planning and set up of claim audits. One will also function as a claim auditor assisting clients with identifying issues impacting client claims experience in addition to being an intermediary problem solver between client and vendor.

Client Service Manager:

The primary role of the Client Service Representative is to evaluate client health and welfare benefit plans and design changes, develop and implement solutions to client issues, support the delivery of contracted client service, and participate in a cross functional team to support Producers, Account Managers, and Underwriters in servicing clients.

Senior Actuarial Leader:

The primary role of the Senior Actuarial Leader is to foster and grow the Employee Health & Benefits Actuarial Services team, oversee and perform services for client teams and further develop both our modelling capabilities and Actuarial knowledge center.

Client Service Manager, Institutional:

As our Client Service Manager, Institutional Clients on the Asset Management team, you’ll be providing client services at a high level to organizations concerning their retirement plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, pools of investments and financial benefit plans.  You’ll also be collaborative in acquiring and leading client relationships.
