Captive Manager:

Working within MMA’s Employee Health & Benefits Consulting Division, the Captive Manager/Leader role will support and drive strategy to continue to grow our current stop loss captive solutions including and emerging captive solutions across MMA.  This individual will help work with key internal partners including the MMA Stop Loss Center of Excellence, MMA Captive Center of Excellence, captive partners in the U.S. and Marsh Cayman and our fronting carrier partners.

Pharmacy Financial Analyst:

As a member of the Strategic Initiatives Division the Pharmacy Financial Analyst will support the MMA East Pharmacy Practice.  This individual will be responsible for providing financial analysis utilizing modeling tools to evaluate pharmacy benefit managers including MMA East Rx’s Coalitions including supporting financial evaluations, clinical management support and strategies as well as general pharmacy account management support working in concert with the Pharmacy Team and MMA East Account Management Team of Account Managers, Underwriters and Client Service Representatives.

Senior Actuarial Leader:

The primary role of the Senior Actuarial Leader is to foster and grow the Employee Health & Benefits Actuarial Services team, oversee and perform services for client teams and further develop both our modelling capabilities and Actuarial knowledge center.

Producer:

The Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services. This individual will play a critical role in collaborating with the New Business Development team on the overall sales strategy while also supporting the Account Managers’ client relationships by identifying service expansion and retention efforts. The Producer must ensure a consistent flow of new revenues to the company as stated in the annual individual sales goals.

Stop Loss Consultant – Underwriter:

The Stop Loss Consultant – Underwriter is a cross functional role tasked with supporting and helping to grow the Center of Excellence for Stop Loss.  The primary role of the Financial Underwriting Analyst is to work with the Account and Underwriting Teams, exercising discretion and independent judgment, providing financial analysis and utilizing modeling tools to evaluate benefit programs and their impact on overall business objectives, including the management and control of client risks and losses.

Mid-Market Account Manager:

This role will sit within MMA East’s Consulting Practice and Absence, Disability & Life (ADL) Practice to support the unique absence and disability management needs of middle market employers. The primary role of the Mid-Market Absence Consultant is to support the MMA account teams and their small to mid-market clients by providing subject matter expertise relating to their overall absence management strategies.

Claims Processor:

As a member of the Spending Accounts team, the Claims Processor is responsible for properly adjudicating our clients’ consumer-driven health plan claims, in accordance with plan-specific policy provisions, to determine extent of company’s liability, make approval or denial decisions, and negotiate settlements with claimants.

Associate Producer: 

The Associate Producer is responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, prioritizing prospective clients, and participating in Sales & Marketing events to continue to grow the market share and revenue of MMA’s suite of services.
