King of Prussia, Pa. – July 21, 2021 – Marsh McLennan Agency Group, a Marsh McLennan Agency and a leader in the employee benefits marketplace, names Theresa Stenger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP as the new Employee Health & Benefits Consulting (EH&B) Practice Leader. In this new position, Stenger is charged with driving the entire EH&B Program and joins Marsh McLennan Agency’s Executive Leadership Team.
With over 19 years of experience in the employee health and benefits field, Stenger was previously the Client Leader of the Strategic Initiatives division where she managed major clients and a cross functional team of experts in data analytics, compliance, wellbeing, prescription drug, and stop loss, including the MMA Stop Loss Center of Excellence and Marsh McLennan Agency Pharmacy Practice. This division is also responsible for the development and deployment of new offerings for Marsh McLennan Agency clients to allow for continuous innovation.
