Biography
Rob oversees all facets of the division’s operations and management, including full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, product direction, client management, staff management, Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Benefit Administration application and supports the integration of outsourcing services across all product lines. He has over 25 years of data processing experience in the successful development and implementation of large, on-line, distributed, high-volume, state-of-the-art database applications.

In 2021, Rob addressed the growing need in the marketplace for improved technology and expert guidance for employers in selecting the most suitable technology solutions for their businesses. As a result, he expanded the scope of the Benefits Administration practice to incorporate a Technology Consulting component. This expansion led to the establishment of the Technology Consulting & Administrative Solutions (TCAS) practice, providing a comprehensive range of solutions including Spending Accounts, COBRA, ACA, technology strategy, selection and implementation, as well as full-outsourced administration and Benefit Service Center (call center).

What is your favorite pastime or hobby?
I’ve been into classic muscle cars since high school; late 60’s, early 70’s muscle cars. I own a small collection of cars and love attending cars shows, auctions, and car events with my family and friends.
