Biography
Greg Norton serves as Absence, Disability, & Life ( ADL) Practice Leader for Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) National Accounts. Located in Colorado, Greg works closely with the local MMA consulting teams throughout the country including Philadelphia, San Francisco, New York and Chicago. Greg manages and directs a team of 50+ professionals for MMA East Region’s absence and time off consulting practice; ensures best practices are shared throughout the MMA National Accounts organization; and manages MMA’s senior-level relationships within the vendor community.

Greg has 35+ years of experience in the group insurance industry and has focused on large employer time away from work programs; health and productivity management (HPM); integrated disability management (IDM); executive benefit programs; statutory compliance; voluntary benefits; and group life, accident, and disability programs.
Greg’s background includes 15 years working for various insurance carriers in product development, account management, sales, and management positions. He has worked in a consulting capacity for the last 20+ years focusing exclusively on large Fortune 500 sized employers.
