At Marsh McLennan Agency, McGinn leads the sales and marketing organizations to develop and execute a growth strategy through new and existing segments and distribution channels. He is leading a team developing new service and product capabilities to address emerging client needs in today’s rapidly changing environment. McGinn will also recruit, coach, and develop diverse high-performance Producer and Support talent.
