Biography

As the Practice Leader of Voluntary Benefits for Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), Krystie is responsible for overall strategic planning, regional and national carrier partnerships, resource development, and product initiatives. She serves as the lead subject matter expert for MMA, where she advises team members and employer clients on voluntary benefits products, trends and technologies.

Krystie is very passionate about the Voluntary Benefits industry, as it meets the needs of a diverse workforce and provides additional protection for employees and their families. She has more than 18+ years of experience in the insurance space and a strong technology background in benefits administration.

Krystie is best suited in servicing Employers and Human Resource benefit needs, and can provide insurance solutions including, but not limited to brokerage and strategies as it pertains to, voluntary benefits, alternative funding programs, enrollment technology, employee communications, developing proprietary products and creating benefits packages for specialty populations such as 1099s, Gig Workers, Seasonal, Part-time and Adjunct Faculty.
