Biography
Debbie brings 25 years of experience in the employee benefits and risk management field and currently leads Marsh McLennan Agency’s (MMA) Employee Health & Benefits Practice. In her role, she oversees the firm’s health and welfare practice, which includes strategic account managers, client service teams, and financial underwriters.
Full Biography
Debbie’s expertise lies in helping employers maximize the value of their health and welfare benefit programs through the development and implementation of innovative solutions and strategic initiatives. These initiatives encompass outcomes-based health and wellness programs, consumer-driven health plans, and comprehensive managed care strategies.
In addition to her leadership responsibilities, Debbie cultivates key customer relationships and collaborates closely with local, regional, and multinational partners. She actively participates on multiple advisory councils, providing guidance and support to essential carrier relationships.
Before joining MMA, Debbie served as Vice President of Employee Benefits at Graham Company, a Marsh McLennan Agency, where she managed the Account Servicing Teams and acted as the strategic lead for key accounts while supporting the sales process.
Additionally, Debbie dedicated a decade to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the Temple University Fox School of Business, where she taught both undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Risk, Actuarial Science, and Legal Studies.

Challenge yourself to step outside your comfort zone. By taking on difficult tasks, you will grow and develop much more quickly than if you stick to what you already know.
